For any reason your LIVE order should Arrive D.O.A. or you are unhappy with your order, Please contact Us, within 24 hours. So we can try to fix any problems, that you may have, with your order.

All Orders are Mixed Sizes Unless Requested

If you have a size preference please mention this in the PayPal COMMENT SECTION upon checkout or email us with your order number and we will TRY to accommodate you.

Please be sure the shipping address is Confirmed with PAYPAL that you have provided is correct and deliverable by U.S.P.S.. If Your Address is Not Confirmed We Reserve the Right to refuse your order and a Refund will be Issued. SORRY NO P.O. BOXES

To Guarantee "Live Arrival" Delivery:

To Guarantee the best service please have your Live Insects Shipped Express Mail (OverNight). We Track And Confirm Delivery of every order that we ship out. We pack our LIVE insects carefully into vented Deli cups with a Dry food, and a Apple. Someone has to be at the Confirmed Address to receive the "LIVE ARRIVAL" Delivery Guarantee. In Some Cases the U.S.P.S. will leave your Package at the Address. If the U.S.P.S. chooses to do so in the event that NO ONE is home at the time of Delivery This will Void Our "Live Arrival" Delivery Guarantee. We ONLY Ship LIVE insects Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. All Other Items are shipped out Monday thru Friday. All order will be Shipped out by 2:30pm eastern time.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

All Order are shipped out U.S.P.S. Priority Mail 2 to 3 Business Days or Express Mail (Overnight) All order will be Shipped out by 2:30pm eastern time.

All shipping & handling charges are non refundable. If a replacement is Given. Additional shipping costs may apply for your free replacement to be Shipped to You.

A $2 winter packing fee applies for a Heat pack to all live insect orders received from mid September through mid April. Due to cold weather we reserve the right not ship out your order until the weather permits.

A $2 summer Packing fee applies for a Cold pack to all live insect orders received from mid April through mid September. Due to Hot weather we reserve the right not ship out your order until the weather permits.

If You Choose Not to Purchase a Cold or Hot Pack, This will Void Our "Live Arrival" Delivery Guarantee. No Refunds or Replacements Will Be Given.

If you pay By a PAYPAL E-Check Please Allow 3 to 5 Business Days to Clear. No Exceptions.

All sales are final. Prices subject to change without notice. Damaged items or D.O.A. will be replaced at our discretion, Or a Refund will Be Issued, the shipping and handling, will Not Be Refunded. All order will be Shipped out by 2:30pm eastern time. If you should happen to place and order after 2:30pm eastern time. your order will be shipped the next day, if the your order has been placed on Wednesday after 2:30pm eastern time, it will then be shipped out the following Monday.

Order Cancellation:

Any order placed with PAYPAL that has been processed but not yet shipped may be cancelled, however a 3% or $5 minimum service charge will apply.
